Responsible for the planning process, obtain permits, hire workers, keep  tabs on the
progress of the construction job and ensure that it is being completed in a correct
manner. He/she is the go-to person for most of the parties involved with the entire
project.

Requirements:

    •   Preferably l Licensed Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
    •   Vast knowledge and experience in plant, hotel, and mall construction
    •   Can plan, implement, motivate and discipline staff and peers
    •   Handled at least a P500M project
    •   10-15 years work experience in vertical construction, preferably in malls
