- Every Php2,500 single receipt purchase worth of Melawares, Perfect Dining, Bestware, and Urban Kitchen or combination of any, customer is entitled to one (1) raffle stub.
- To join the raffle promo, customer must present the official receipt to any Melawares or Urban Kitchen sales personnel. Customer should write the following details at the raffle stub: name, address, e-mail address, contact numbers, name of store, and affix signature.
- Drop the raffle entries at the designated drop boxes located in the selling area.
- Deadline for submission of entries is on November 30, 2013 until closing time.
- Nationwide promo is from October 1, 2013 to November 30, 2013.
- Entries will be raffled off on December 13, 2013, 4pm at CDC Manufacturing Corporation Main Office, #8 University Avenue Extension, Brgy. Potrero, Malabon with the presence of a DTI representative.

- Participants can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the prize with higher value will be awarded to hipm/her. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
- Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone call on how and when they could claim the prize.
- In the event that the winner is unable to present his/her registered mail, the winner shall be advised to execute a duly notarized affidavit of loss. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as tthe affidavit is presented to CDC Manufacturing Corporation Main Office in order to ensure validity of claim.
- Minors or winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who must also present hs/her owm identification papers when claiming the prize.
- Winners will be given sixty (60) days upon receipt of
notification to claim their prize. Afgter the 60-day claiming
period, unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of CDC
Manufacturing Corporation Main Office with prior DTI
approval.
- For GMA Winners,prizes can be claimed at CDC Manufacturing Corporation Main Office (#8 University Avenue Extension, Brgy. Potrero, Malabon) and for provincial winners, prizes will be delivered to the address indicated in tkhe raffle stub.
- Winners must present 1pc. 2x2 IDN picture, original and photocopies of identification with photo and signature (i.e. Driver's License, Passport, SSS, TIN, NBI Clearance) and registered mail when claiming the prize,
- Requirement of winner's representative in claiming the prize - an authorization letter from the winner, photocopy of winner's valid identification: Passport, Driver's License, or SSS both from winner and the representative. The winner's representative should also bring his/her origina; copies of valid forms of identification.
- Winners shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
- Employees of CDC Manufacturing Corporation and all its sister and subsidiary companies, its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and tjeir relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
- CDC Manufacturing Corporation may disclose and publish names, photos, and other information of the winner in any mode or manners as they deem appropriate.
