CANELAR, Zamboanga City- To help the community's problem with recent water shortage, KCC Fire and Rescue Brigade brought water for the residents in Brgy. Canelar, Zamboanga City last March 25, 2019. The city is in a state of calamity due to the effects of the dry spell. Let's all follow the advice of the local government and Zamboanga City Water District on saving water.
