1. For every Php500.00 worth of single receipt purchase of Melawares, Perfect Dining, Bestware, and Urban Kitchen products (or combination of any of the said brands) in participating stores nationwide, customer is entitled for one (1) raffle stub for a chance to win a trip for 2 to Boracay PLUS pocket money.
2. Promo period is from February 16 to April 16, 2013. Deadline of submission of entries is until April 16, 2013, closing of store hours.
3. Draw date will be on April 30, 2013 (2:00 PM) at CDC Manufacturing Corporation Main Office: #8 University Ave. Ext., Brgy. Potrero, Malabon City to be supervised by a DTI representative.
4. The Lucky Winner will win a 3-day and 2-night Boracay Package Trip which includes the following:
a. Airfare for two (2)
b. A 3-day and 2-night stay at a hotel in Boracay - on twin sharing package with these inclusions:
> Double room accommodation
> Daily buffet breakfast for 2
> Welcome drinks
c. Php10,000.00 pocket money for the winner only

6. Drop in the designated drop boxes available at participating Melawares, Perfect Dining, Bestware, and Urban Kitchen store outlets nationwode where the purchase was made.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Winner will be notified through registered mail and via phone call.
2. Prizes should be claimed at CDC Manufacturing Corporation Main Office, #8 University Ave,. Ext., Brgy. Potrero Malabon City. For provincial winners, prizes will be sent through a courier service.
3. Prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
4. Validity of the trip package is within 1 year from date of claiming.
5. Not valid on Legal Holidays and from December 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014.
6. The winner should present the original customer's copy of the raffle stub and a valid identification card (I.D.) with picture (e.g. Company, Driver's License, SSS, etc.)
7. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the receipt of the notification. Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of CDC Manufacturing Corporation with prior DTI approval.
8. The prize tax will be paid by CDC Manufacturing Corporation, where applicable. All expenses, aside from the above prize inclusions, related to this travel shall be accounted to the winner.
9. This promo cannot be availed in combination withother existing promotions.
10. Employees of CDC Manufacturing Corporation including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
