FANTASY WORLD COSTUME CONTEST

Mechanics & Ground Rules:

1.)  The contest is open to all kids ages 4 - 9 years old.

2.)  Categories:
            a.) Cutest Fairytale Costume
            b.) Most Fun-Tastic Costume

3.) Criteria for Judging:

            a.) Relevance to the Halloween Theme - 30%
            b.) Creativity                                     - 30%
            c.) Visual Impact                                - 20%
            d.) Projection                                     - 20%
                                                          TOTAL - 100%

4.) All kinds of costume props must be handled with utmost care and must not

     beharmful to his/her fellow participant, event staff and event attendees. Any

     kind of sharp and/or bladed objects that will be used as costume props that

     could cut human flesh are strictly prohibited. Any kind of pyrotechnic

     equipment/s and/ or fire hazard that will be used as costume props that could

     render damage to the venue and/or property is strictly prohibited.

5.) The organizer will not be held responsible for damage or injury resulting from

     mishandling and/or negligence of the participant in his/her use of

     props/materials throughout the duration of the event.

6.) The decision of the judges is final and cannot be appealed.

Mechanics:

1.) This promo runs only on October 31, 2014.

2.) Present your receipt from any shops of KCC Mall of Gensan and Veranza at the

     Face Painting Booth located at Veranza Activity Center.

3.) On date purchases only.
