MECHANICS:

1. This promotion is exclusively for KCC Loyalty Cards Members only.
2. Only customers ages 18 years old and above are allowed to join the Mega Raffle Promo.
3. Only KCC Supermarket, KCC Department Store, KCC Wholesale, KCC Pharmacy, KCC Baker Square, Kainan sa KCC, Liquors and Wines Section, receipts can play the game.
4. Each Customer gets ONE (1) RAFFLE ENTRY for every five hundred pesos (P500) purchase from KCC Supermarket, KCC Department Store, KCC Wholesale, KCC Baker Square, KCC Pharmacy, Kainan, Liquors and Wines Section. There are no maximum numbers of raffle entries per transaction.
5. Customer must present his/her KCC Bonus Card, Kanegosyo Card or Diamond Card upon purchasing from KCC Supermarket, KCC Department Store, KCC Wholesale, KCC Baker Square, KCC Pharmacy, KCC Kainan, Liquors and Wines Section in order to join. Customers must present their KCC Bonus Card, Kanegosyo Card or Diamond Card along with the receipts at Mega Raffle Booth for verification. Note: NO KCC LOYALTY CARDS, NO RAFFLE ENTRY.
6. Receipts MUST BE VERIFIED ON THE SAME DATE OF PURCHASE. Receipt will be detached by the promo personnel for registration then the computer will automatically provide the customer's electronic UNIQUE RAFFLE ENTRY NUMBERS. Each customer will get a copy of Raffle Ticket Entries after the registration. Each Raffle Ticket has a unique security code that must be verified by KCC Representative before releasing the prizes won.
7. Only Legitimate Players with their KCC Cards may affix their signatures on the printed RAFFLE TICKETS. Upon playing, all family members up to 1^st degree of affinity and consanguinity are allowed to play with or without the presence of the loyalty card owner.
8. There will be 1,500 winners of Five Hundred Pesos (P500) KCC GIFT CERTIFICATES every week. Each customer may win only once in each draw. Raffle entries will be electronically drawn every Monday for sixteen (16) weeks starting September 28, 2020 with the presence of a KCC Representative and a DTI Representative. Cut off will be the preceding Sunday for each Monday draw. Non-winning entries are not included in the succeeding draws. Winners will be notified via text message.
9. All Prizes will be released after one week just present Mega Raffle promo coupon, a photocopy of one (1) valid government issued ID or  company I.D and any KCC Loyalty Cards e.g Bonus Card, Kanegosyo or Diamond Card. Claiming of prizes are located at 2^nd Floor KCC Department Store Customer Service Section and at  4^th Floor Service Center.
10. Each RAFFLE TICKET must be presented and verified by KCC Representative before the release of the prizes to the winners. Gift Certificates unclaimed after three months will be forfeited.
11. Gift Certificates can ONLY BE USED at KCC DEPARTMENT STORE MARBEL ONLY.
12. The organizer's decision is final with the concurrence of DTI South Cotabtao. All subsequent advertisement, collateral material and other announcement containing the approved mechanics shall require the prior approval from DTI office and shall carry in visible print PER DTI-Fair Trade Permit No. Series of 2020.
13. All employees of KCC Mall of Marbel, its agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity and consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promotion. KCC ex-employees and its affiliates must have been cleared for at least seven (7) days before joining this promotion.
